If a merchant is currently accepting card payments and is processing at least $3,000 a month, that merchant can qualify for the “Meet or Beat” Pricing Opportunity provided that the merchant’s current pricing with the current processor is not below the standard fees currently being charged by Visa® and Mastercard®. If you are a current customer of Nationwide Merchant Accounts, this offer does not apply. Certain restrictions and exclusions apply. All new merchant accounts are subject to credit approval. This offer is subject to change at any time, without notice. The comparison between your current pricing and our offer applies only to the processing rates and fees. This comparison does not include any monthly software or terminal fees or leases. In order for a merchant to receive a “Meet or Beat” proposal, the merchant must provide 2 of their most recent credit card processing statements. The “Meet or Beat” offer expires 60 days after receipt of application and excludes high-risk merchants such as, but not limited to, travel, digital content, virtual goods, adult entertainment, online nutritional supplements, membership subscriptions, ticketing, national, and franchises.
