If a merchant is currently accepting card payments and is processing at least $3,000 a month, that merchant can qualify for the “Meet or Beat” Pricing Opportunity provided that the merchant’s current pricing with the current processor is not below the standard fees currently being charged by Visa® and Mastercard®. The “Meet or Beat” offer expires 60 days after receipt of application and excludes high-risk merchants such as, but not limited to, travel, digital content, virtual goods, adult entertainment, online nutritional supplements, membership subscriptions, ticketing, national, and franchises.
